• Child Care Subsidy

  Families First accepts Child Care Subsidy vouchers through the Cabarrus County Department of Health and Human Services.

  Eligible families contribute a portion of tuition based on household income and family size.

• NC Pre-K

  The NC Pre-K program provides free, high quality preschool for eligible four year old children living in Cabarrus County.

  Applications are accepted each year, and placement is based on eligibility and available space.

  Before submitting your application:

  • Review the entire application packet.
  • Complete all required forms.
  • Include your child's name on every document.
  • Submit all required documentation by the published application deadline.

• Private Pay

  Families whose children are not eligible for Child Care Subsidy or NC Pre-K are welcome to apply through our Private Pay option.

  Private Pay enrollment offers families the same high quality bilingual preschool experience in a nurturing, play based learning environment.

  Complete the Private Pay application and submit it to:
