Our Team

Aurora is our day by day guru leading all families, children, and staff! She is the leading advocate for Hispanics in Cabarrus County, Parent Educator of the Year 2017, appointed by General Assembly to the B-3 Interagency Council, and has B.S. in Systems & Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Marketing from ITESM (Monterrey Tech), Monterrey, Mexico.

Spencer is co-founder and leads with a genuine concern for people. He is committed to protecting the welfare of all families and children. He has a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Counseling from Erskine Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of South Carolina, and holds other degrees in Early Childhood Education.
