Aurora supervises all programs and implements new program initiatives, overseeing evaluation efforts and model fidelity. Aurora is the leading advocate for Hispanics in Cabarrus County, has multiple certifications and experience for over 12 years implementing evidenced-based programs. Aurora has a B.S. in Systems & Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Marketing from ITESM (Monterrey Tech), Monterrey, Mexico.
Spencer is co-founder and leads Families First with a genuine concern for people. His commitment to protect the welfare and increase the quality of life for families is evidenced by over 12 years of progressively responsible leadership roles with young children and families, and as a parent himself. He has a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Counseling from Erskine Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of South Carolina. Spencer also has his Early Childhood Education Administration degree.
