We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our bilingual preschool team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, values play based learning, and enjoys building strong relationships with children and families.

Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, but bilingual proficiency is not required.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Plan and lead engaging, play based learning experiences for children ages 3 to 5.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and language development.
• Build positive relationships with families through regular communication.
• Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and classroom staff.
• Follow all North Carolina licensing requirements and Families First policies.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• A passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
